Voices & Questions

Voices

An open deliberative process: 100 questions submitted by Swiss residents shape the Compass agenda each quarter. Regional forums and deliberative sessions turn the questions into a living, openly published document.

The 100 Questions

A citizen-authored future.

Switzerland's long-term direction is a public question. The 100 Questions process surfaces what citizens, scientists, businesses and policymakers actually believe — and turns that into the input for the PROSPER Compass agenda each quarter.

Anyone can submit a question. The Sounding Board reviews, the Scientific & Technical Council validates. Results are open and citable.

The Architecture

Three intentions, one orchestration .

Co-authored narratives, federated data insights, and transformative finance — the three orchestration levers that turn vision into systemic action.

SIPI seeks to bridge the gap between innovation funding and real-world impact by enabling systemic investing, taking a cross-value-chain view to align capital with a long-term vision, and deliberately building and coordinating capabilities over time.
