Drei Fronten. Ein System.

Jede Grand Challenge führt konkrete Schweizer Demonstratoren mit messbaren Kohorten und replizierbaren Finanzarchitekturen durch. Dies sind keine Absichtserklärungen – es sind operative Programme, die beweisen sollen, dass Prävention, Regeneration und Kreislaufwirtschaft im grossen Massstab finanziert werden können.

Lifespan Wellbeing

Von der Krankheitsversorgung zur Prävention – im Kohortenmassstab, der es beweist.

Das Schweizer Gesundheitswesen gibt 12,6% des BIP aus. Die Lücke in der psychischen Gesundheit wächst. SIPI baut die föderierten Daten- und Kostenteilungsstrukturen auf, damit die Präventionsfinanzierung funktioniert.

Regenerative Nutrition

Nahrung, die die Gesundheit erhält, auf die die Schweiz stolz ist.

40% der Schweizer Lebensmittel werden importiert. Produzenten tragen die Klimakosten; Konsumenten tragen den Preis. SIPI baut Vollkostenrechnung, Bodenintelligenz und Beschaffungsreformen auf.

Circular Economy

Von erstklassigem Handwerk zu einem gemeinsamen Kreislaufweg.

Die Schweizer Materialzirkularität liegt bei ~7%; das Ziel für 2035 ist dreimal höher. SIPI entwickelt gemeinsam digitale Produktpässe, EPR-Architektur und Pilotprojekte für industrielle Symbiose.

Die Grand Challenges sind nicht isoliert. Jeder Demonstrator liefert Evidenz für den PROSPER Compass, stützt sich auf dieselbe Leverage Points-Infrastruktur (föderierte Daten, Foresight, Policy-Übersetzung, gemeinsame Plattformen) und ist darauf ausgelegt, geduldiges Kapital über Net-Positive Finance-Wege anzuziehen. Zusammen bilden sie eine koordinierte Architektur für die regenerative Transformation der Schweiz.
